9 ) Evaluate the integral (g'(t) dt) from (0 to 5) >> CORRECT ANSWER IS "c"

a)54 b)0 c)10 d)27 e)5

10) What is the maximum value of g(t) for t in [0, 5] given that g(0) = 2? >> CORRECT ANSWER IS "e"

a)56 b)2 c)12 d)7 e)29

Thank you,,

For questions 9 and 10 refer to the graph below. Evaluate 50g'(t)dt. What is the maximum value of g(t) for t in [0,5], given that g(Q) = 2? Find the area enclosed by y = 64x and y = 4x4,

Explanation / Answer

9)integration is conceptually the area under the acurve

so from graph Area from 0to5 is 27-22+5

= 10

10)max value occurs at points where g'(x) = 0

g(0) = 2

g(2) = 2+27 = 29

g(4) = 2+27-22 = 7

g(5) = 7+5 = 12

so max vaue = 29
