a. Seafloor spreading centers are formed by the plate divergence and crustal extension. This is when the plates are moving away they are called divergent plates. And these plates will stretch the crust and breaks it. So the seafloor spreads.

b. Subduction zones are formed by horizontal plate convergence and crustal shortening. This so when the plates are moving towards each other they try to move one unde the other and this makes them short.

c. Transform faults are formed by the side ways horizontal plate movement. This is when the pressure on the plates increase and they are moving in the side ways then they create a transform boundary.

d. When the plates are moving close, they are creating subduction zones and these are responsible for the formation of many volcanoes. This way the subduction zone is responsible for the formation of the ring of fire in Pacific ocean.

e. Transform plate boundary is dominant in the southern and the central California. This situation because the North American plate and the Pacific plates are causing the tansform boundary in that area.

f. Divergent plate boundary is what is running through the Iceland. This is also formed because of the divergence between the Eurasian plate and the North American plate.

g. Subduction zones and movement are actually seen in the Aleutian islands.

h. Subduction zones are found in Japan.

i. Subduction zones are seen in the plates of Washington and Oregon

j. It is divergent boundary where the two plates are going far away from each other. The African plate and the Arabian plates are responsible for this.
