Alternative source of energy comprises of all source of energy which does not include use of fossil fuels.
I have read the idea about generating electricity in the while gyming. Several innovative gyms are popping up that convert human energy into useable electricity. One of them, in Hong Kong, has exercise machines that look perfectly ordinary from the outside, but have generators inside that create energy from movement. So while we are gyming and busy sweating it out, our efforts are creating electricity to power the exercise console. It gives enough electricity to keep the overhead lights on. This idea is practicle as it is taking place in the Hong Kong. This idea is also very unique and interesting. We all work in gym so if the idea gets implemented everwhere then we can produce large amount of electricity and save our fossil fuels. The benefits alleviate many of the problems caused by fossil fuel use, particularly when it comes to emissions. However, the advancement of this technology has been slowed down due to the amount of investment needed to make it viable.
