Explanation / Answer
1.What is a planetarium? What would a planetarium show consist of?
A planetarium is a theatre which built primarily for presenting educational and entertaining shows about astronomy and also about night sky or training celestial navigation
Planetarium shows consist of scenes of stars, planets and other celestial body or objects
2. Do other planets have days and seasons? Explain why or why not
The others planets may or may not have interesting seasonal changes
Seasons are all about axial till , whether the planet in orbit is tilted towards or away from the sun . some planet like mercury , have almost no tilt that is axis of rotation is almost perpendicular to the plane of orbit , therefore there is no seasonal changes . on the other hand ,like our earth where axis of rotation tilted , their interested seasonal changes present .
3.Describe some (at least two) of the laboratory facilities available on the International Space Station.
International Space Station has variety of multidimensional laboratory facilities and equipments available to conduct science that can not be done on earth
Robotic arms lend a healing touch
The world’s 1st robotic technology capable of performing surgery
Inside magnetic resonance machines makes difficult surgeries easier or impossible surgeries possible
Improved eye surgery with space hardware
An eye-tracking device allows the tracking of eye position without any helps of surgeon’s work during corrective laser eye surgery
4.Imagine a system of two stars, one much more massive than the other. How would they orbit each other?
In this case they orbiting around their common barycenter
