the glacial will retard when net accumulation is less than loss .

the glacial will advance when net accumulation is more than loss.

the glacial will be stationary when accumulation equals to loss.

so case 1: Barret glaciar

net accumulation = 213+77=290

net loss =198+86=284

so accumulation greather than loss so=290-284=6 it is advancing

case 2: Gittleman glacier:

net accumulation =129

net loss=101

so it is retreating

case 3: Sirios glacier

net accumulation =102+34=136

net loss = 51+85 =136

so accumulation = loss it is stationary
