1-Mid Oceanic Ridge is a divergent plate boundary type.When two plate diverge from each other then some space is created in between the two plate. The space is filled by upwelling volcano and created mid Oceanic Ridge.
2-Plate boundary are three types,these are convergent, divergent and transform boundary. In case of Convergent boundary,two plate move towards each other andcollision occurs,subduction zone form,Formation of volcanic arc,island arc taking place.older crust is destroyed in this process.
In case of divergent plate boundary,two plates move away from each other and formation of mid Oceanic Ridge taking place.new crust is created in this process.
In case of transform plate boundary,two plates are sliding passed each other.crust is neither created nor destroyed.the relative motion of the plate is horizontal.
