Cities thathave particulate readings of 44 or larger will not earngovernment funds to continue to reward businesses for their effortsto become environmentally friendly. Some city leaders haveattempted to decrease the rates of particulate matter (polution) byimproving air quality, increasing modernization and establishenvironmental-friendly businesses.
