let's see what is sustainable diet
1) Health : It is a diet which provides healthy life. Like what I'm eating everyday day is dry fruits like apple, banana, orange, pineapple, watermelon, grapes etc these are all energetic fruits. These fruit takes minimum cost for production and hence it is cost effective which makes it to say sustainable life.
2) Accessibility: it takes geographical area. How much it is accessible.
3) climate : as we saw geographic part, it is necessary to have better climate for production.
This is all fundamental things which are necessary to called our diet as a sustainable diet.
The production of different food to consumer it is the food chain which can be hampered by population, rainfall, over exploitation, pollution, hence what we eat is depends upon the local criterias which varies from state to state, country to country.
