Please help me I have a final tomorrow. Could somebody tell mehow to write the final asnwer. Is this my right answer? Suppose that at position x0 the traffic flow is know, q(x0,t),and varies with time. Calculate the number of cars that pass x0,between t=0 adn t=t0 This is how I think we suppose to do the problems but i dontremember how to integrate this, how should I write my finalanswer. I also know that trafic flow=(traffic density)(velocityfield) It said that the big idea is that the numbers of cars whichare on a strip of road betwen point a and b at time t is the numberwhich were originally plus the ones who came into the strip minusthe ones which left the strip. But still dont know what to do is like I have formulas but notwere to go
