Require clarification of the question; The set of all fifth degree polynomials AND less than fifth degreepolynomials IS A VECTOR SPACE OVER REALS E.g: ax^5 + bx^4 +.....+f = 0 ----> fifth degree ex+f---->first degree BUTCAN BE WRITTEN AS 0x^5 + 0x^4 +....+ex+f IN THIS CASE IT IS A VECTOR SPACE! HOWEVER IF WE ARE ONLY CONSIDERING THE SET OF ALL FIFTH DEGREEPOLYNOMIALS WITH NO COEFFICIENT ZERO, THEN IT IS NOT A VECTORSPACE! Please clarify what the question is asking
