I'm not really sure how to go about solving this. I think I would use binomial distirbution because you can either have a drink or not have one with a ratio of 72/120?

Out of 120 BMEN students, 72 have at least one alcoholic drink per week and the remaining do not drink at all. If we invite 20 randomly selected students to a social party (in which each student is given a ticket for one alcoholic drink), plot the probability density function of the number of drinks that will be served. In the interest of saving money, only 13 drinks are made available. What is the probability that 13 drinks is enough to serve every student that wants one.
