Icame up with 24. can you assit I think my answer may not beright I took P not jack 48/52 cards PJack 4/52 Cards it gave me 48/2 which is 24Explanation / Answer
Probability of get a jack on the first draw is 4/52 which reducesto 1/13 (divide top and bottom by 4). The probability ofgetting a jack the second time if you do not replace the first jackis 3/51 which reduces to 1/17 divide top and bottom by 3). The reason it is 3/51 is because after you take out the first jackyou only have 3 jacks left and a total of 51 cares. If youwant to know the probability of drawing two jacks from the samedeck without replacement you multiply the two individualprobabilities together: 1/13 * 1/17 = 1/221 This means that on average if you select two cards from a deck thatboth cards will be jacks one time every 221 draws.
