Explanation / Answer

1. China has increased its CO2 emmission by 253% from 1993 to 2016 whereas this is 188% for India. Both the countries are agressively increasing their carbon footprint due high consumption of coal.

2. The USA has managed to decrease its carbon footprint over the years by cutting down it's coal consumption and production. THough some increase may bee seen in 2016.

3. China's production is almost 5 times to that of India and almost twice to that of USA. Thus China's contribution to the Global climate change is immense as compared to other nations.

4. These countries should cut their coal production and consumption and move towards the renewable sources. More and more funds should be allocated for the research on renewable sources. Clean coal technology to utilise the coal eco friendly should be focussed on.
