The test hypothesis is Ho:the number of resignations is uniform over the four seasons. Ha:the number of resignations is not uniform over the four seasons. The test statistic is chisquare =8.4 The p-value =0.0384 Given a=0.05, p-value is less than 0.05, we reject Ho. SO we can conclude that the distribution is not uniform.
