You use a signal generator to put a step voltage on the line. You observe the following voltage waveform on your oscilloscope. You can assume that t=0 corresponds to the beginning of the voltage step. The question is, what is wrong with the line and where is it?

velocity = 2 * 10^8

distance travelled = 800metres
