The air strikes the ball and prevents it from falling. Meanwhile, should the ball pop aside, the outer air-whose pressure is greater since its velocity is smaller-returns it to the jet. The phenomenon described is true, however, what is the flaw in this argument? Explain with some physical insights and using fluid mechanics expressions.

Explaination should be force offered by fluid elements because of their change in momentum

If rate of change of momentum of Fluid elements > Weight of ball, then ball will have a net upward acceleration and


If rate of change of momentum of Fluid elements < Weight of ball, then ball will have a net downward acceleration
