ME 305 - System Dynamics

Problem statement below.

1. Ask one or two engineers what kinds of oral presentations they make on a fairly regular basis. How long do they talk each time? What do they talk about? Who is their audience? Do they use any graphic aids or handouts while presenting? What kinds of feedback do they get? How do they know whether their presentation has been successful?

Explanation / Answer

We have to give oral presentation to our juniors as well as senior managers.The presentation varies from 30-45 mintutes.
We mainly discuss about the product and services.We mainly use powerpoint presentation techniques with graphs and figures.We generally get the feedback and idea about whether presentation is sucessful or not by their question asked.Sometimes in case of juniors we also give them the feedback forms.
