The best proposal is Just saying " I don't want the loot", And just give them sugestion that there would be fight between 1-1 and 1-1. and finally there would be 2 persons alive and again conduct the fight between the remaining 2 persons. at that time they almost lost their energies . so that would be simple. and the 5th criminal is saved. He can get profit at that time by fighting with the person who was alive.
