First duty that Zoe has violated, is "avoiding ethics of profession." When he tells about property to her brother also, she is avoiding the ethics of his profession that professional information should not be shared personally.

Second duty that she violates is : " Deceiving her client." Here when she was hired by John, she had to be devoted for his work only and all the information that he was asking , had to be provided to John only, not to a third party, no matter how close third party was to her.

Third duty that she violates is : " Her own weak character as she can deceive any one so she can not be believed and thus moral responsibility are avoided." She has deceived her client as well as her profession also for which she was paid even.
