Question
{ By Using Visual Basic for Application }
SmallCo is a small business that sells piping for a variety of applications. The company uses Excel to store its orders data, however, data quality has been an issue lately. To solve the problem, SmallCo asks you to set up a UserForm that will inquire a customer's requirements, calculate the appropriate price, and record the sale in an "orders" spreadsheet. With a uniform process they hope to minimize data entry errors. The following information is required to process an order: Customer name Customer phone number Date the hardware is required Pipe length Pipe inner diameter Pipe outer diameter Material Total Cost The machine tooling at SmallCo can only cut diameters in quarter inch increments. Therefore, orders of any other variety cannot be accepted. SmallCo has copper, carbon steel, and galvanized iron available for material. Since there is a setup cost for the machines, all orders have a fixed cost of $20. Variable cost is determined by material, pipe length, and pipe thickness (outer diameter - inner diameter). To determine the total cost of an order, the following equation may be used: Total Cost= Fixed Cost + (Length in Inches x Material Cost) + (Thickness in Inches x Material Cost) The table below provides the variable cost per material. Recently, SmallCo developed a new anti-corrosion glaze. Customers can elect to have the glazing process added for an additional 10% surcharge to the total cost of their order. Create a UserForm that minimizes the chance of data entry problems for SmallCo. For each order, record the user's data in a spreadsheet so that a list of orders is generated for management to review. It is of utmost importance that the UserForm is easy to use, captures all the necessary information, and minimizes errors. Any order with missing information should not be processed.Explanation / Answer

We can enter as many customers in this list as we want and total cost will be calculated based on the formula feeded. This userform can be developed in same format in VB also.
