wage/hr = 415.20/44 = $9.44

In case 2

wage/hr = 431.40/40 = $10.79

Now he works 44 hrs in case B than

wage earned in 4 hr = $10.79*4*0.5 = 21.58

Total wage earned in 44 hrs = 431.40 + 21.58 = $452.98

Now his wage/hr will be = 452.98/44 = $10.30

Difference between wages = 10.30 - 9.44 = $0.86 = 86 cents
