Nhat is the charge for 250 minutes of calls in one month? Construct a function that relates the monthly charge for 3 minutes of calls.

a) charges for 200 minutes in one month =C(200) = 20 + (0.075*100) = $27.5

b) charges for 250 minutes in one month = C(250) = 20 + (0.075*100) + (0.1*50) = $32.5

c) C(x) = { $20 if 0< x 100
            = {20 + 0.075x if 100 < x 200
           = {20 + 0.075x + 0.10x if 200 < x
