a) For simulating random sampling 200 of customers.
Use the following path :
Calc->Random Data-> Binomial
Then Select number of trials as 1.
Event probability 0.75 and number of rows to produce be 200
b) 1 means customer is satisfied with service
0 means customer is not satiesfied with service
c) Sum of the variable as in my case is 139.
It represents out of 200 , 139 were satisfied with the service.
d) Mean of the variable is 0.695. that is out of 100,70 persons are satisfied with the service.
Mean represents the proportion of persons satisfied with the service
