2.625 = (81 - mean)/sd,
0.25 = (62- mean)/sd

solving we get

mean = 60 , sd = 8

now

for 70

z = (70 - 60)/8 = 10/8 = 1.25

for z = -1.75

X = mean + z *sd

= 60 -1.75*8 = 46
