The Relationship between ecofeminism and environmental ethics.
The existence of an environment is solely dependant on the nature of earth. Whereas the very key point is in ecofeminism, the ''Mother earth'' representation of earth is important. The mother earth and female bring forth life so they both have creative power and their own significance.
The ecofeminism focuses on androcentrism(centered on masculine interest) as the cause of the destruction of the environment whereas, ecology also pointed out the same. Both the ecofeminism and environmental ethics affirms the equal value both with living and non-living, which enhance the welfare of all livings on earth.
secondly, The technologies related to micro-organism suggest ethical conflicts we can assume by the example of gene therapy and sex determination or selection. In gene therapy, there can be a possibility of viral spread. There is a lot of bacterial and viral spread causes social conflicts like Flu, Tuberculosis, Chicken guinea. So these can cause social conflicts. We have to know that the perception of the effect of technology is more critical and complex than of benefits.
The social conflicts happened in the US The centers for Disease control and prevention estimated that seasonal flu cost the U.S $87.1 billion in 2003. And it's not just the flu: A team of university Pittsburg researchers roughly calculated that diarrhea in hospital cost the U.S $796 million. Recently in India, the economic capital Mumbai is suffered from Dengue In a span of five years 13000 people get affected and some of them get confirmed by suffering. The sufferers taking up preventions.
