Things that I have learned about working with others in order to reach a common goal i.e. our experience with interprofessional relationships in both our coursework and our career include the fact that when people are working in a group they must communicate well for the exchange of ideas and information. We should try to listen actively. Make someone be in charge and coordinate well in a group. Find a suitable space we the group can sit and work together. Use of the appropriate technology is also recommended and being aware of the subjective error.
