You have been hired to conduct a job satisfaction survey for a local gift shop that has 15 employees. You have given the 15 employees a job satisfaction survey, and you have calculated a job satisfaction score for each person. Total scores can range from 0 (very low job satisfaction) to 40 (very high job satisfaction).

The norms for this job satisfaction survey suggest that individuals who score less than 20 on this survey are dissatisfied with their jobs. Following are the scores for each of the 15 employees you surveyed.

The mean of the scores is 18.67. The median is 15, the mode is 10 and 12, the range of observed scores is 33 and the standard deviation is 11.37

6). As we know that score less than 20 on this survey mean employees are dissatisfied with their jobs.

And we can see that the all the mean, median and mode are less than 20. So, we can say that employees are dissatisfied with there jobs. The organization might be treating there employees poorly that why they are dissatisfied with there jobs. So, there needs to be some improvement in this workplace.
