Intravenous Pyelogram: Following the intravenous injection of contrast material, several films were taken including anterior-posterior and oblique views showing that both kidneys are normal in size and configuration. The visualized course of the distal ureters are both normal. The bladder is well visualized on a delayed film and is within normal limits. There is a small amount of urinary residual on the post voiding film.

Conclusion: Essentially normal intravenous pyelogram.

As the patient was suffering from fever of unknown origin. The possible cause of fever was assumed to be kidney infection (Acute pyelonephritis), urinary tract infection or bladder infection.
