This is really for my physics class, but my problem I thinklies with the graphing part. I have a set of values, I'll call them"A" here, that were averaged out to give "AAcalc". The A's werefound by using an equation like this 1/x + 1/y =A I then had a graph in which I plotted 1/x versus 1/y. The yintercept I obtained from my graph was placed under 1(1/yint=AAgraph) and this gave me my graphically obtained AA value.Now my question is, which method for determining AA is moreaccurate, the graphical or the calculated, and please explain whythoroughly. If there is more than one method for a graph, I would say they are equally the same. That is, one method cannot be better than another. My best advice is to use your primary recommandation of what is in the textbook.
