b. The C and D are wrong representations as they are line charts. Since I can't see the data in the question, can you make sure you choose that graph from A and B for which region wise counts are matching.
c. A doesn't seem the answer( given above part has A or B as right answer, there is not equal frequencies in the plots)
C is wrong, if I were to use the same logic as above
