13. a) -0.266. This shows that migration rate and population are negatively correlated. As population increases, migration rate decreases. This is weak negative correlation.

b) -0.419. This shows that smart phone penetration and population are negatively correlated. As population increases, smart phone penetration decreases. This is moderately strong negative correlation.

c) 0.885. This shows that migration rate of mobile subscription and smartphone penetration are positively correlated. As migration rate of mobile subscription increases, smart phone penetration also increases. This is very strong positive correlation.
