Explanation / Answer
It Is little bit confusing about it's mean. There is a statement " Engineers shall give credit for engineering work to those to whom credit credit is due and will recognize the proprietary interests of others."
You need to choose most appropriate option which backs this statement , it is completely dependent on individual view on engineers career.
According to me , option (b) suits better as it says that engineer should not copy the design of client without permission . In this way , there will be recognization of the client for it's work .Engineer shall not take full credit alone, if there is combined work on a particular project.
Think about your view regarding the given statement before choosing option.
