Thinking about the customer partnership , being a sales person i will try to take feedback from the customer from timely basis about the current product experience , the expectations (if any) which the customer would like to see in the peoducts they use, are they satisfied with the value of money and such questions and assure them that the feedback is being passed on to the higher level for any action required. Also try to provide sample for the new products coming up to the potential customers which will benefit the company for future and help in buliding a strong customer relationship.
