(b) SOLVING [10X+Y+7]5= 72+3

=> 10X+Y+7 = (75) /5 = 15 =>10X+Y = 15-7 =8

HENCE NUMBER WAS `8` , TENTH PLACE NUMBER WAS `0` AND UNIT PLACE `8`

WHICH IS SATISFYING REQUIRED CONDITION.
