Can someone please help me analyze this data? This is a between-groups ANOVA for the following experiment:

Wild Type E. coli, RecN mutant, and RecA mutant strains of E. coli are each exposed to UV light. There are 4 conditions for each strain: 0 minutes of exposure, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes of exposure. Therefore, there is data for 4 time conditions for each of the three strains. We want to know whether there is a significant different between the groups based on time.

The first set of data is for two days averaged together, and the second set of data is for one day.

Explanation / Answer

First seperate the data by timepoint. Then for each timepoint, apply the ANOVA method and check whether the F-value and p-value indicate the difference between strains is significant or not.

Since, the data is not visible I am not to solve the problem.

You can also check that whether there is any significant change across the timepoint for each strain by using mixed model.
