The df for between treatment = number of treatment levels -1 = 2-1 = 1.

the df for within treatment and between subject is number of subject -1 = 16-1 = 15.

and the error df = total df - df of between treatment - df of within treatment_between subject

now total df = total observatons - 1 =(16*2)-1 = 31.(each subject gives one value for each of two carriers)

so error df = 31 - 1 - 15 = 25

so calculating the remaining fields you need the excat set of observations. However you can always treat a repeated mesure anove to be just as same a a two way anova with the subject of experiments being the second factoe other than the treatment in question.
