In present scenario definitely being a manager I have to access the present state of relationship between the customer and real estate agents. For growth of company, the relationship between them should be trustworthy and customer their shelf should recommend other for our company. I will go with following steps.

2.Data collection and analysis methods
For data collection, we will go for a random sampling in different area where we are providing the services. Now see the point wise from questionnaire
Data types
Will!! Different type of data will be used: as for customer satisfaction score we are going to collect data in range 1-10 which is quantitative.
Similarly, in question 8th and 9th qualitative data will be utilized.
Analysis methods
We will use t test for comparing two different agents (assuming the agents are <30)
In similar way, other test as can be used for find the average liking and disliking of our services among the population.
3.Ethical Issues
The probable ethical issue in this regard is exposing the identity of the person how is doing answering the questionnaire. We will give him option to disclose the identity or not .
