2- Second time --- Watch immediately after or watch after a stressful time. What are your mental, physical and emotional responses now?
3 - Third time --- Watch before a test, or during a period of stressed and panic , or before you study for a test. What are your mental , physical responses now?

Explanation / Answer

Mental response: feels uniqueness in the video which made me to take interest in the video

Physical response: try to move my hand and legs like Master Junfeng Li was doing.

Emotional response: happiness

Second time

Mental response: feels good to watch the video and want to start practicing of the moves.

Physical response: initially physically tried to move fast but later movements occurred in the pace of video.

Emotional response: happiness and pleasure

Mental response: feels dizziness or uncertainty

Physical response: sometimes I did steps and the rest of time, I worked or thought.

Emotional response: coolness and little relax but majorly uncertainness.
