we will use F test here as to make comparisions,
F = variation between sample means / variation within the samples
we wont use t test because sample size is more than 30 ,
thus for comparing mean strength of two population we are left with option ANOVA which is
based on F test .
Z test is not useful here because we dont need to check for difference between proportions(related to proportion of sample from population)
thus option B is correct.
