Two men (Jamal and Mike) and two women (Adele and Rashida) each like a different type of music (one likes jazz). Their last names are Muhammad, Freedman, Richmond, and Hasan. From the following clues, each person’s full name and favorite type of music.
Freedman hates country-western music.
The classical-music lover said she’d teach Hasan to play the piano.
Adele and Richmond knew the country-western fan in high school.
Jamal and the man who likes rock music work in the same office building
Richmond and Hasan are on the same bowling team. There are no men on their team.

Given:
Two men (Jamal and Mike) and two women (Adele and Rashida) each like a different type of music (one likes jazz). Their last names are Muhammad, Freedman, Richmond, and Hasan.
1)Freedman hates country-western music.
2)The classical-music lover said she’d teach Hasan to play the piano.
3)Adele and Richmond knew the country-western fan in high school.
4)Jamal and the man who likes rock music work in the same office building
5)Richmond and Hasan are on the same bowling team. There are no men on their team.
From the names, we can see that two of the men and women follow Islam and the other two follow Christianity. So, we can say that either of Jamal and rashida has the last name Muhammad or Hasan and Mike or Adele has the last name Freedman or Richmond.
From statement 5, Richmond and Hasan are women. So it is Adele Richmond and Rashida Hasan. Since we have known the full names of the women, we can now know the full names of the men too. They are Jamal Muhammad and Mike Freedman.
