Part 2: It is Sytematic Sampling (under the category Probability Sampling Technique). In this case all elements of target population are put in a list and then every Nth element is chosen to make a sample.
Part 3: It is Cluster Sampling (under the category Probability Sampling Technique). In this case existing subgroups of population are identified. After identification, some of these subgroups are randomly selected. In these subgroups every member makes element of a sample.
Part 4: It is Stratified Sampling (under the category Probability Sampling Technique). In this a target population is divided into identified subgroups. Now sample from each subgroup is taken in proportion to the number of elements in each of these subgroups.
