Using the information obtained by the surveys Walmart can then begin the changes need to bring up the customer satisfaction levels. Wal Mart will also begin using a frequent shopping card that will provide additional discounts to those customers that make regular qualifying purchases. The dependent variable is based on the customer arriving in Wal Mart store and the independent variable is the discount offers in the store for all customers.
