So I have a homework problem and I basically get it, but I'm not sure I'm doing a part of it correctly. Here it is: Sketch the region bounded by the parabola x=3-y^2 and the line x=y+1. Draw a typical approximating rectangle and label its height and width. Then give the integral for finding the area of the region. Do not evaluate the integral.
I have a sketch of the graph, and I have the integral, but I want to make sure I'm making a correct approximation rectangle. I've attached my work so far, but can someone help me with drawing a typical aprroximating rectangle and labeling its height and width. It's just confusing me since it's in terms of y. Also, how does my work look so far?

Approximate rectangle can be found out by counting the approximate no. of boxes (1cm*1cm) in the graph lying between the two curves
