A Client Assessment Form, questionnaires Q1-Q7, will be used to ask the patients about their understanding of the prescribed medication, the purpose, how to take it and side effects during a clinic visit. The nurse will use the screening tool and asking seven questions, record them - "Yes" or "No" and provide them teaching cards for 19 patients who were seen between January 2017 to March 30 2017. The nurse will see the client for the second time after about a month and asked them the same questions and record "Yes" or "No." we would like to evaluate the second visit as we provided teaching aid during the first visit.
A) How do you evaluate clients understanding are getting better during the second visit? actually we will see how many "yes" in the second visit compared to the first visit,.
the second visit is better than the first visit by having many "yes" as teaching aid was provided during the first visit even though the Clint may have many " No" !!! Is there any statistical analysis rather to count how many" yes" in the second visit by seeing the trend and patterns?

Explanation / Answer
1.Longitudinal data analysis (often called “trend analysis”) is basically tracking how findings for specific questions change over time. Once a benchmark is established, you can determine whether and how numbers shift. Suppose the satisfaction rate for the questionaire was 50% for the first time questionaire and when the same questions were asked next time the percentage of yes is now 90% this shows the teaching aid has helped.
2. Now as you can see the data kuridish education level grade 5 , in his case there seems to be an improvement but not so much compared to other peoples. This shows that education is important parameter to be considered in this analysis.
For a particular question sometimes even after the reading aid is provided patient is not able to say yes, this means the aid needs to be having information regarding this question and in a simple to understanding way. We need to rate the aid based on the information provided and it's relevance to the question.
Duration of time the patient was diagnosed by the disease , this effects the knowledge of the patient of the disease when compared to others
Age : if a person is young there tends to be more interest in knowing about the medication and best practices so as to make the disease symptoms effect them less
