Critical value of test is alpah = .07 or Zc =1.475

c. Decision rule?

Z = (20.07-20)/(.20/sqrt(49)) =2.45 which is more than 1.475

Which means that deciion rule is "If Z>1.475 then reject null and accept alternative hypothesis"
