Explanation / Answer

The provided -patient communication helps as the physician's communication with the patient to get up early inspite of the pain turnedout to be fruitfull. It would not have happened if the internal medecine doctor had taken a decision as he wanted to the delay .Inspite of the pain, the patient was able to get up early.

A similar case is that of my friend who damaged his knee in an accident and underwent a knee replacement surgery.According to the doctor he was adviced a or bed rest of 4 weeks .However according to the physiotherapist ,it was important for him to start moving his leg and try to stand on his feet slowly at the beginning of the first week.He felt a lot of pain initially but within 4 weeks he was completely on his feet inspite of the pain and the fact the doctor had asked him to rest for 4 weeks.
