I got this question wrong, and our professor does not provide answer. hence 97.53%

d) F = MSR/MSE = (SSR/df1)/(SSE/df2) = (8.3273/1)/(2.1061/48) = 189.78699

critical value

df1 = 1 ,df2 = 48

P(F >F*) = 0.95

F* = 4.04

since TS > f-critical {189 > 4}

we reject the null
