In an economy where business growth and expansion globally is the only way to reach the new heights of profitability and sustainability. Expansion of business globally not only helps in business growth but gives a sustainable and stable job security to employees by making their stand strong in the world of enterpreneurship. But with these benefits come some challenges that the leaders and managers of the company have to face and mitigate efficiently. Applying and following the proper leadership style for the situation where there is cultural diversity and changing business environment due to the global business expansion is the issue the leaders have to handle effectively here.

The leaders have to posses the qualities of adapting to the diverse cultural environment before making the employees to work on it. They have to be open and adaptable to the diverse cultures and flexible to merge with the new trends to be followed for the diversed employees. They should posses respect and tolerance for the differences in the work culture. Unbiased and patient attitude is required for keeping harmonious atmosphere at the time of conflicts. Cultural intelligence and experiences to work with divered cultures is also important which will help in dealing with employees of different languages, lifestyles and behaviors. They should have the ability to understand the communication styles of the people from different cultures and develop the same while dealing with them.

On possesing these qualities the leaders can then adapt ways to work with the culturally diversified workforce. They can train the employees to amicably work in an environment which is expanding globally and hence made up of work force from different cultures, races and regions. leaders can encourage employees to travel tot heregions where the business is spread, they can be involved in current affairs of international level, inracting with partners and competitors at global level should also be practised, training programs for learning the languages and behaviors of the new culture in the office, motivating employees to interact with culturally diversified employees by attracting them with extra perks and incentives by taking up international assignments.

By adapting these methods the leaders can motivate employees to work in a diversified culture and achive the best effective results from it. They can understand what the new cultures added in the work place are expecting and understanding from the work enviornment they will be working in and the ability of adaptibility of the existing employees of the new cultures and diversified work force. They can accordingly motivate employees and delegate the employees with most efficient qualities of adapting such cultures the responsibility to work with them as a team and bring effective results for the business.
