slope, b1 = cor(x,y)*SD(y)/SD(x) = -0.6*14/5 = -1.68

intercept, b0 = mean(y) - mean(x)*b1 = 126 - 14*(-1.68) = 149.52

y = -1.68*x + 149.52

y = -1.68*17 + 149.52 = 120.96 mm
