There should be a basic motto of Amazon by going through these 8 step plan as how to increase the social cohesion of Amazon. It cannot be done by one subsystem only there should be integration of all the subsystems so that the plan of actions can be executed effectively.Guiding team for the organization can be created by reallign the subsystems. It can be realigned by diffusion of the required task to all the subsystems and integration and coordination of the subsystems.
